Stag Commercial Group develops and operates its own yards, storage and units, and manages commercial property for other owners across the East Midlands, from single units to whole estates and office buildings.
Why owners use us
Most agents are set up for offices and shops. Yards, storage and small units are a different job: lots of tenants on monthly terms, gate codes, meter readings, fences that need fixing and neighbours who want to know why a lorry came in early.
That's what we do every day on our own schemes. We bring the same systems, contractors and standards to the sites we manage for others, so owners get an operator's eye rather than an agent's.
