Can I work in my yard plot?
Yards are for storage and parking. Light loading and maintenance of your own kit is fine. Fabrication or customer-facing work belongs in a unit.
Can I add a container to my yard?
Yes. We can supply a 20ft container on your plot for tools and anything that needs to stay dry.
What are the terms?
A rolling monthly licence with one month's deposit and no solicitor fees.
Can I take more space later?
Yes, subject to availability. Tell us early and we'll hold the next plot that comes free.
