About pricing
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Choose a plan and carry on. If you don't, your site becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can choose a plan later and pick up where you left off.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account page. Moving up is charged straight away for the rest of the period. Moving down gives you a credit against your next bill. Cancelling stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
Are prices plus VAT?
Yes. Prices are per site, per month, plus VAT. Pay yearly and you get two months free.
What counts as a space?
Anything you let on its own: a unit, an office, a yard plot, a container or a parking bay. A unit with a separately let yard is two spaces.
I have more than one site.
Each site is its own subscription with its own spaces, tenants, Xero and team, and you switch between them from one login. Call us if you run several and we'll sort a price.
Is there a setup fee?
No. If you'd like help getting your site set up, we can do it for you. Ask when you start your trial.
