Connect Xero once. Invoices, payments and arrears flow in, matched to the right tenant and space. Read-only: nothing in Xero is changed.
Electricity and water recharges

Tenants, leases and documents

Questions before you start
Who is Site Manager for?
Owners and operators of small commercial sites: yards, container storage, workshop and industrial units, small business parks and farm diversification sites. If you have between a handful and a few hundred spaces and you're tired of spreadsheets, it's built for you.
Do I need Xero?
No, but it's much better with it. Without Xero you record rent and arrears by hand. With Xero, invoices, payments and balances come in by themselves and each tenant's arrears are always up to date.
Is my Xero data safe?
Site Manager only reads from Xero. It can't create, change or delete anything there. You can disconnect it at any time from your account page or from Xero itself.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Choose a plan and carry on. If you don't, your site becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can choose a plan later and pick up where you left off.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account page. Moving up is charged straight away for the rest of the period. Moving down gives you a credit against your next bill. Cancelling stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Download your spaces, tenants, readings and records as a file from your account page at any time. Ask us and we'll send your documents too.
Are prices plus VAT?
Yes. Prices are per site, per month, plus VAT. Pay yearly and you get two months free.
Can Stag run the site for me instead?
Yes. That's the other half of what we do. Start on the software and hand over to us when you're ready, co-managed or fully managed, and we work from the same system you've been using.
