Site Manager terms of service

These terms apply when you use Stag Site Manager ("Site Manager"), the software at app.stagcommercialgroup.co.uk run by Stag Commercial Group Ltd ("we", "us"), company number 13840389, registered office 6 Frisby Close, Baston, Peterborough PE6 9QU. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.

1. Business use

Site Manager is for businesses. By signing up you confirm you are using it in the course of a business, such as letting or managing property.

2. Free trial

New sites get a free trial, currently 30 days, with no card needed. When the trial ends without a plan, your site becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and you can choose a plan later to carry on.

3. Plans, payment and VAT

Plans are charged per site, monthly or yearly in advance, by card through Stripe. Prices are shown before VAT, which is added at the standard rate. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change, which applies from your next renewal after the notice.

4. Changing plan and cancelling

You can change plan or cancel at any time from the Account page. Moving up is charged straight away for the rest of the current period. Moving down gives you a credit against your next bill. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and we don't refund part periods, except where the law requires it. If a plan's space limit is lower than the number of spaces you have, you can't add new spaces until you move up or archive some.

5. Your data

Everything you put into Site Manager stays yours. You can download your records from the Account page at any time, and we will send your uploaded documents on request. If you close your account, we keep your data for 90 days so you can change your mind, then delete it, apart from billing records we must keep for tax.

6. Data protection

For personal data you put into Site Manager about your tenants, contacts and staff, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our data processing terms form part of these terms.

7. Connected services

Site Manager can connect to services you choose to use, such as Xero. Your use of those services is under their own terms. Our access to Xero is read-only. We aren't responsible for changes, faults or charges in other services.

8. Reminders and calculations

Reminders, recharge calculations, AI document reading and figures in Site Manager are there to help you. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and they rely on the information you and connected services provide. You remain responsible for checking dates such as lease breaks, rent reviews and certificate renewals, and for the invoices you raise.

9. Fair use

Each site includes up to 2 GB of file storage. Don't use Site Manager to break the law, send spam, upload malware, or try to access other customers' data. We can suspend an account that does, and we'll tell you why.

10. Availability

We work to keep Site Manager running and backed up, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we ever stop offering Site Manager, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice and a full export of your data.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, rent, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll email account owners about material changes at least 30 days before they apply.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
